Hi my names Julie Player Just to give you a quick introduction about myself I have set this blog up to help share with other here online how I now live a life that is free from panic and anxiety and full of vigour confidence and self esteem.  I can tell you about 3 years ago my life was nothing of the sort.  I was crippled with over whelming fear, panic and anxiety for years and years.

Today more than any other time in history people’s lives are touch by panic attacks or more specifically are ripped apart by panic attacks and mine certainly was for years.  My panic attacks started at school at around the age of 15 and lasted until 3 years ago so I lived or tried to live with it for 15 years.  As many experts will tell you panic attacks are illogical and are caused by the way you are thinking, biological values and social situations.  However mine were a brought on because of public speaking at school and as a result I would then get panic attacks at unpredictable times it could be going shopping, being in traffic or at work before a meeting.  Most people think panic attacks and anxiety attacks are the result of an outside stress meaning outside your nervous system but this isn’t always the case.  I would be affected by panic attacks when there is no danger out of the blue and this was life crippling sometimes I couldn’t even go out the house to go for a drive.  The pain and crippling effect of my panic attacks left me light headed, sweating, with a shortness of breath and I would have to run into the bedroom and hid underneath the duvet it was an awful period I even passed out several times to some peoples shook.  At the age of 20 I was taking medication as a coping mechanism it was only 1mg of Klonopin it worked to a degree, but left me with memory loss, aggression and no motivation I was walking around doped and doing nothing.

How to stop panic attacks became my overwhelming obsession from the age of 22-26 I studied many disciplines and authors from NLP, the Linden method the lefkoe technique I read Tony robbins and wayne dyer and I devoured any personal development book I thought could help.  While they helped probably 5-10%  it taught me a kind of conscious coping mechanism however my subconscious was running the pattern which is something I finally learned many years later and to change anything the change must take place at the subconscious level.

It was at around the age of 27 I found a newspaper article on panic away program I  checked it out online While at first I was really sceptical because of all the other methods I tried I tried the program and it has been the greatest discovery of my life. After practicing the step by step techniques and programs it has conditioned my mind and has worked amazingly for me.  I don’t get panic attacks anymore I get the occasional feeling of anxiety which in an old situations would of caused a full on attack but because of the techniques and reprogramming im drug free and the happiest most confident and freeist I’ve ever been.

Like I said I’ve set this blog up to share with others how to stop panic attacks by following this amazing method which worked for me and has worked for thousands of other people around the world.  If this site helps just one person overcome their anxiety its been highly worth it but I know if everyone reading this just goes and follows this program we will gradual education people in how to stop panic attacks once and for all.
